This dress was perfect for our daughter's first birthday. Her birthday theme was "princess", and she looked like a little princess. Everyone commented on how beautiful she looked and how gorgeous the dress was! I highly recommend. These socks are absolutely adorable and always stay on! (Until they are toddlers and can take them off, that is!) They don't need shoes when they're little or learning to walk, and these fabulous socks still keep them looking well-dressed. The non-skid bottoms work better than other socks, too. perfect for a little baby born during the winter months
my little guy loved wearing these around the house during the day and for quick trips outside to the car. the lightweight fleece is the perfect weight to be warm enough to go outside for little bits of time but still cool enough to wear inside. three minor complaints -- i wish the legs had snaps too, because its hard to get his legs in sometime. the top snap is just a bit too high, so i worry about it being too tight around his neck. the wrists are also a bit too tight, so it was hard to get him into it as he grew, even though it still fit him. regardless, i bought two of these and used them constantly.

1. Not what I was expecting from a grobag
We own lots of grobags, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I ordered two of these for my twins and they were not at all like the other grobags we have owned. First of all, the 1.0 togs that we bought previously were a light/soft jersey knit on the inside and a cuddly fleece on the outside. The other .5 togs we own are two layers of jersey knit---also very soft. These ones (the 1.0 tog "Gro-ing places") are a cheap two layer of what can best be described as really low thread-count cotton sheets. Stiff, and REALLY thin. Like grandma's threadbare old bed sheets. I can't imagine how this would be a 1.0 tog...as it feels thinner than the .5 togs we owned in the past. Unfortunately I already washed them to see if they would soften up...they didn't and now I think I am stuck with them. We are going to go back to the organic 1.0 and 2.5's we own as we know those are super comfy and worth the extra expense of the grobag name.

2. Nice summer weight baby sleep sack
I was very hesitant to purchase this Grobag after reading some of the reviews, but after two weeks I'm happy and would purchase another. My son outgrew his XL Halo Sleep Sack and the early walker Halo sacks only come in fleece or a mesh like material. I wasn't happy with either of those choices so I started looking for a new brand. I debated between this sack and the Sleep Nest sack, but decided on this one after other reviewers complained the sleep nest sack's zipper scratched their kids.

The 1.0 tog Grobag sleep sack has two layers - the outer layer with the design is indeed a little like a low thread count sheet as some of the other reviewers noted. But, the inner layer is a nice soft material and that is what is against your baby's skin. The sack also softened up after a washing. We have the 18-36 month size and it is plenty big for my son who wears size 2T, no worries about outgrowing it anytime soon. The zipper has a chin protector which I appreciate for my...

Like the other reviewer I was very disappointed with my purchase. This bag is not soft at all and is actually very thin and cold - not comfy like the prior organic gro bags I purchased which were a super soft almost flannel-like cotton. Makes me wonder if this is really a gro bag - I bought the Peek A Zoo - two unfortunately and would love to return them but I already washed them. What a waste.

Adorable, but Mud Pie is always mis-sized!
Instead of torturing my 4 month old daughter with a big, bulky Halloween costume (we live in FL, so it's still hot on Halloween), I decided to get this Mud Pie pumpkin skirt set instead. My baby has always been big for her age, so after checking the Mud Pie sizing chart, I decided on getting her the 9-12 month.... and I am SO glad I did! The top fit her perfectly (I didn't even have to roll up the sleeves), and the waistband of the skirt was actually somewhat snug. I've purchased other Mud Pie outfits, and I've found that they tend to run very small. But on a side note, new for this year(2013), Mud Pie has apparently addressed this issue, and are now producing clothing much closer to actual size. This outfit is from the 2012 product line though, so I believe it will still run small.

The outfit ended up being absolutely adorable on my daughter, and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sizing was definitely off, and one of the legs on the built-in tights...

After 1 wearing, the buttons were coming loose, and the stitching on one sleeve has come apart. The quality is very poor and I'm disappointed. I don't recommend buying this at all.

Two stars because most of these barrettes are cute and some look handmade. The first time I put the frog barrette in my daughter's hair, the frog fell off the barrette within minutes. Just came unglued. Then the barrette fell out of her hair. This happens with every single one. Considering returning, but may just add a piece of velcro to the back to help them stay in.

I was excited to get this dress for my daughter. When it arrived I tried it on right away and it was too small :( The size chart provided was not accurate in my opinion. I ordered the appropriate size according to the chart, so sadly I had to return it. But it was a beautiful dress!

This outfit was perfect for my one-year-old's baptism. I ordered the 12-18 month size and it fit perfect! My son is long, but thin (29" and 20 lbs) and I was concerned that it might look too wide on him, but it was just right! My one-year-old son is past the "baby" look, more of a toddler these days and usually wears little boy outfits (not large baby outfits) so I was wanted to be sure his baptism outfit be appropraite for his regular style and not be too baby-ish. I also did not want it to be too formal with the jacket & tie style. This one fit the bill. I compared several website and looked at hundreds of outfits before I committed to this one. So many are very cute, but I just LOVED the stiching detail across the chest on this one and once I saw this one no other one compared - sweet but not feminine like so many others I found.

Simple and elegant romper for baby's baptism. It ran a bit small and was a snug fit, so maybe I should have ordered a size up. I washed it after the baptism for a keepsake and it shrunk a lot due to it being 100% cotton, so don't wash beforehand or order a size bigger.

Beautiful outfit!
This outfit was perfect for my son's baptism! I was looking for an outfit that was 100% cotton that was not, what my husband dubbed, "disco-baby wear" or something that was too froo-froo. This outfit couldn't have been more perfect. The detail on the front was beautifully done - my son looked adorable!

My son is a small 6 month old and so he really fell in between the 3-6 and 6-12 month old sizes. I ordered both to see which was a better fit. The 3-6 month size fit perfectly and the 6-12 was large, but not so large that he was swimming in it. I ended up keeping the 6-12 month size, hoping to be able to use it again for Easter.

The only thing that I would warn you is that this outfit does require ironing - which is not so easy for such a small garment. I was not able to get it "perfect" but that is OK with me - if you are someone who needs to have every single crinkle out, this is not for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this outfit. I bought this gown after receiving one like it as a gift. It is a little pricey but if one of these gowns is clean my now four week old is wearing it. SO easy I wish I had more! I highly recommend this gown!!

I received a magnificant baby gown for my baby shower and we didn't use it at first because it was a little big for my baby girl. My husband changed her into it one night after she spit up and he instantly had a favorite outfit. It makes late night diaper changes so easy. My hubby hadn't talked about any of the baby clothes until this outfit! He asked if we could get another and if we could only dress her in outfits with magnets. I was a little surprised by the price, but wanted to make him happy so I purchased this cute pink elephant gown. I also bought the blue elephant gown for a friend as a gift. Even though it's an expensive outfit, we love the nights she is in it because of how easy it is to change her. More outfits should have magnets, but just not be so pricey!

Too spendy for what it is...
The fabric is just precious, unfortunately the function of the design for the gown is lacking. The magnets don't sufficiently hold the gown together and make for frustrating gapes. This is especially problematic when trying to keep a newborn warm. I was the most excited for this gown out of all of our daughter's layette pieces, but sadly, this was the most disappointing and the least worn garment. For the price, I'd skip it, unless you're willing to admire the cute fabric from the closet.

Great legwarmers!
These legwarmers turned out to be really great. I have purchased other legwarmers from Babylegs in the past, and was not as satisfied. They were newborn size and my daughter never fit them properly even though she was only 3 weeks old when they were purchased. They left marks on her skin in the thigh area. However, when I purchased this pair I bought the regular size. The bands around the top and bottom of the "Fresca" style are very stretchy and I think she will be able to wear these for a long time. She is currently wearing them at 11 weeks old and they fit well but not so snug that there isn't room to grow. She seemed comfortable in them and they didn't leave marks. The multicolor stripe allows you to pair them with lots of different onesies. They make diaper changes really easy and I can see that they'll probably be great for when she starts crawling to protect her knees. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Acceptable to the standards of every pool requiring swim diapers/swimsuit. The bottoms are also reported to keep chlorine out, which should prevent it from being soaked up by your child. Very well-made, she looks great in it and it came very quickly! I definitely recommend it.
