I've ordered other Tutu / Pettiskirts for my granddaughter before and loved them. This one is not very full at all. Will be looking into returning it.
2. Too short and not very full
Too short and not very full/fluffy. The color is a nice dark red which is what I was looking for, but way too shirt on my 4.5yr old
